Metonboss.com is easily my favorite place to go shopping for scales. Since the website redesign I find myself on there, salivating at all the goodness that is titanium. Now having purchased and experienced the quality I’m hooked. Looking forward to buying many more items in the future. Gotta get an XM18 3.5 and an Eclipse first though.

Love it. I wanted something clean, and pristine. You nailed it with the frag titanium scales in black. The black is glorious. Many people have commented on it. I’ve carried my Osborne every day since those scales went on her. She’s easily the prettiest girl in the room everywhere we go.

The black isn’t exactly black, and i love it. Its almost like it has a deep blue-gray tone to it. I rarely gave people ask to see my knife, but this one’s different. Almost every time i use it, if anyone’s around, they ask to see it. 9/10 times they comment how awesome it is.

I was blown away by the quality of these scales. The fit and finish? Absolutely perfect. The Metonboss catalog of offerings may determine what knives i buy, just so I can dress them with these scales. Wish Demko AD20.5 was among the offerings.

One review covering three products. I just received and installed the zirconium frag scales, matching frag Spidy tip pocket clip, and backspacer for the Spyderco Shaman, and all I can say is…WOW!!! These look better than the pictures, the feel is wonderful, and everything lined up and centered perfectly without any issues. I recently purchased a zirconium Sandrin Monza and fell in love with the metal, but Metonboss has created something amazing with these. The grip is perfect, the way it clicks when it opens/closes is intoxicating, and these are some hefty, solid parts without internal milling for weight reduction. When it comes to me, the light Shaman now feels like a real EDC knife for a man and I love it. I have only one complaint and it is I can’t stop with just this, so my next project will be a Spyderco Smock. Consider it the same as eating Wagyu for the first time: a Prime steak is amazing, but it can’t touch that rare treat.
