Each item is made to order and typically ships within 4–7 business days. Custom designs or high-volume sales periods may take longer. We’ll always notify you if there's a significant delay.

We may be able to accommodate rush production depending on our capacity. Contact us before placing your order to check availability. Additional fees may apply.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, but most shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Please contact us as soon as possible. If the item hasn't shipped, we can update the address. If it's already shipped, you’ll need
to work with the carrier to redirect the package. We are not responsible for
delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. If your item
arrives damaged or defective, we're here to help. Refunds will be evaluated individually based on the severity of the issue to ensure a fair resolution.

If you have the 940 or your Osborne has a long thin purple backspacer with thicker scales then select our 940 & 943 option. If
your scale is the 940-1, 940-2, or has no backspacer, only barrel spacers and
its scales are thin, then select our 940-1 & 940-2 option. 



We currently do not have a recommended swap kit for the Manix LW and our Manix 2 scales will not fit. We are, however, working on a resolution for this, coming soon.

At this time, we don’t accept physical knives for customization due to liability and logistical reasons. All parts are designed
to be user-installed.

Some products do offer left-handed compatibility. Check the product description or contact us to confirm.

Anodized finishes are durable but not
indestructible. Wear patterns may form over time based on usage and contact.
This is a natural characteristic of titanium and other metals.

Yes. We stand behind our craftsmanship. We offer a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This excludes normal wear and misuse.



Yes, our current SMOCK scales are compatible with the new SMOCK knives that have a larger pivot hole. Customers can either reuse their factory screws or order an upgraded screw set from us
designed specifically for the new pivot. Additionally, we’ll be launching a new version of the SMOCK scale very soon—engineered specifically for the updated knife. Stay tuned via our newsletter or social media for the release.
