• We ship all orders via USPS normally. All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 3-5 business days after the order is placed, excluding holidays. This applies to Priority or Express orders as well, unless specifically discussed with Metonboss for a quicker dispatch.
• If you do not receive your Tracking Email within 3 business days of placing your order please check your Spam folder.
• Our Shipping Department is closed on Weekends and on all Federal Holidays. Any orders placed during those days, we will ship within the next 2-3 business days. Some circumstances may also delay shipping (e.g. order verification, high volume, custom orders, special requests, etc.).
• If you have specific shipping needs, please contact us prior to placing your order.

International Shipping:
We ship most items to international destinations. Any customs, duty, or import fees are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Metonboss is not responsible for lost, seized, or stolen international shipments and will not refund any part of your order. Order at your own risk.
Shipping Disclaimer:
Once your order has been shipped out, Metonboss is not responsible for any losses or damages in transit. The customer’s responsibility is to follow the tracking information provided and contact the courier, to monitor the delivery of the shipment. Our team is happy to help you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, however, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned successfully.
