OVERVIEW
We take great care in preparing and shipping your order. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Domestic Shipping
· Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on the destination and service selected.
· Processing Time: All orders are scheduled to ship within 4–7 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays) after the acceptance of the order. This applies to both Standard and Express shipping methods, unless otherwise arranged directly with us.
· Need it faster? If you require expedited processing, please contact us before placing your order.
· Tracking: A tracking email will be sent within 7 business days of your order. If you don’t see it, please check your Spam or Junk folder.
⏳ Note: Processing delays may occur during peak seasons, custom order requests, or high order volumes.
International Shipping
· We proudly ship worldwide. However, customs duties, import taxes, and local delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer.
· Metonboss is not liable for lost, delayed, seized, or stolen international packages.
· By placing an international order, you accept full responsibility for shipping risks and additional fees. Please order at your own discretion.
Shipping Department Hours
· Closed on weekends and federal holidays.
· Orders placed on these days will begin processing on the next business day, and will ship according to our standard processing timeline (see above for details).
Shipping Disclaimer
Once your package leaves our facility:
· Metonboss is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit.
· It is the customer’s responsibility to track their shipment and follow up with the carrier directly for any delivery issues.
· While we’re happy to help investigate missing items, replacements or refunds are only possible once the item is returned to us.
