Exchanges - Returns

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

NOTE: Custom orders are not eligible for return for refund or exchange as all sales are final. Custom orders include the following, but not limited to: installations, any special requests not listed on this website for a particular item (including color, pattern, etc.), custom images, personalization, etc.


(i) Standard Product RETURNS are accepted only within 15 days of delivery.

You must obtain a Return Authorization from us before shipping your item back, or your return will not be accepted. To obtain a Return Authorization with the correct return address, please use the Chat option (easier and quicker than email), (please do not email as that may delay your request and may end up in a spam folder)

 

You are responsible for shipping the item back to us at the address that’s provided to you at the time of the authorization in brand new, original, and unused condition, and include the original packaging.  There is a 20% restocking fee on non-defective items to offset lost shipping, credit card, and labor costs. Any items returned not in new or unused condition will be shipped back to the purchaser at their expense. 

 

Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund. Your refund will be issued in the same form payment was received. We do not reimburse shipping costs. If the mistake is ours, we can generally provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label if you use the Chat option (easier and quicker than email). We strongly recommend you insure any package being returned to us. You are responsible for the cost to insure your package. We are not liable if your return is lost, destroyed, or damaged.

 


(ii) EXCHANGES are welcome if they are done within 15 days of delivery (including incorrect items sent to you). You must obtain a Return Authorization before shipping your item back or your exchange will not be accepted. To obtain a Return Authorization with the correct return address, please use the Chat option (easier and quicker than email).

There are no restocking fees for exchanges with items of equal or greater value, although shipping charges do apply. We strongly recommend you insure any package being returned to us. You are responsible for the cost to insure our package. We are not liable if your return is lost, destroyed, or damaged.
